Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Standard Delivery: All orders of in-stock will ship within 3 business days, but delivery times depend on location and chosen carrier service. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS only.  Expect additional days for shipments to Canada and other international countries.
  • Overnight Delivery: AVAILBLE TO U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY.  All orders placed before 11:59 a.m. Central Standard Time will be delivered next business day. Overnight FedEx, UPS and USPS rates apply. Street address required.
  • Business Days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Allow 1-2 days additional for Alaska and Hawaii.
  • PPD (Prepaid) Items will ship postage prepaid by Standard Express - available only in the United States.

 

FEDEX STANDARD OVERNIGHT AND FEDEX 2-DAY OPTIONS

Please be advised when choosing FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2-Day as a shipping option, depending on your location, FedEx may require a signature in order to leave at a residence. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign for the package, FedEx will not leave it. We would strongly suggest that if you choose FedEx Standard Overnight shipping as an option someone be home to sign for the package or have it shipped to a business where someone is available to sign for it. Gecko Gear, Inc. will not be responsible for reimbursing FedEx Standard Overnight shipping charges if there is no one is available for a signature release. When shipping FedEx Standard Overnight to certain destinations, FedEx does not guarantee delivery by 10:30 a.m.  Depending on the zip code and address location, some packages may not be delivered by 5 p.m. Unfortunately, FedEx cannot provide us with zip codes where these varying delivery times apply. Please be advised that if you are in a remote destination and choose FedEx Standard Overnight, the guaranteed arrival time will not apply but the next day delivery will. As a result, Gecko Gear, Inc. will not be refunding for FedEx Standard Overnight deliveries made to rural areas where there is no delivery time guaranteed.

 

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEM BY MAIL:

On a copy of your original receipt, please indicate (highlight, circle, etc.) the item(s) you wish to return. On a separate sheet of paper, please provide the following information:

  • Detailed explanation of the reason(s) you wish to return the item(s).
  • Your name, phone number and address, if different from what is on the receipt.
  • Indicate if you wish to exchange the item for a comparable item
          - Exchange for same item (if received original damaged)
          - Exchange for different size of same item
          - Exchange for different item

Repack the new, unused item(s), any/all accessories, the copy of your receipt, your reasons for wishing to return the item(s), and your requested replacement item(s), if any, securely in the original product packaging. Use new packaging if original packaging is not available or is damaged.

NOTE: Be sure to insure the package for its full value and request tracking proof of delivery. We cannot be responsible for any items lost in the mail or damaged upon return.

Upon receiving and processing the returned item(s), we will refund the cost of the returned item(s) plus sales tax to the credit card you originally used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 10 – 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you indicate that you wish to exchange an item for one of greater value, those charges will be applied to your credit card, and a new receipt will be issued.

Original shipping charges, your costs to return item(s), and charges to ship exchanged item(s), if applicable, will not be refunded. If you need to return or exchange an item you received as a gift or if you do not have the original receipt, contact our Llano Creek, Inc. customer service department at (662)634-3049.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

At Llano Creek, Inc., we stand by the products carrying our brand and patterns. If your product from llanocreekoutfitters.com fails for any reason due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Understanding that all products have a life span that varies greatly from person to person, we reserve the right to determine if a product has failed because of normal or abusive use. Place your paperwork in your box noting other size selection or refund if you don't want an exchange. Send returns to:

Any item being returned to Llano Creek, Inc. for any reason must be sent to us freight prepaid within 30 days from date of purchase. All clothing sent in for warranty consideration must be thoroughly washed and cleaned. Any item returned dirty will be refused. We will not accept your shipment if the package(s) shows signs of external damage. Always inspect your clothing immediately upon delivery, even if you do not plan to use it right away.

 

RETURN OF NON-WARRANTY MERCHANDISE

If you need to return your Llano Creek, Inc. merchandise for any reason other than a defect in material or workmanship, please make sure that all tags remain in place on the garment and the packaging is in reusable condition. Items cannot be returned after 30 days from purchase date for non-warranty reasons. Place your paperwork in your box noting other size selection or refund if you don't want an exchange.
